Cancellation & "No Show" Policy

Your appointments are important to us. Since this time is reserved especially for you, in order for us to better serve all of our clients we require a credit card be kept on file for all appointments.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation/”NO SHOW” fee will be applied to the credit card on file.

  • Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved service amount.

  • “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the deposited amount.

  • If you reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment time there will be a deposit required equal to 50% of reserved service amount to go towards the next appointment. If that next appointment is cancelled the deposit is forfeit.

This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our clients of any availability, as well as keeping our schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies.
